Eating vegan is tough on Puerto Rico, you’ll find a lot of pinchos, grilled meat on skewers, but not a lot of fruit and vegetable options.
Also, if you’re looking for good fast-food/chinese like your used to in your town you may be find yourself surprised! I was flirting with cheese for while and after being disappointed with the pizza I was skeptical of finding good Vegan Pizza.
So imagine how shocked I was when discovering the Best Vegan Pizza I’ve had anywhere, including New York & Atlanta, was right here on the West side of the island in a town called Aguada. The service was great the people were friendly and the food was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, choice of dough(root vegetables that grow here like yuca or pana), all the toppings you could want and protein options- mushrooms & soy. Served hot with salted root chips, these personal pizzas are affordable and guilt-free.
No cows were mistreated in the making of these pizzas! Come get you a slice!
